CONDUCT & CANCELLATIONS
Rules to follow
Whilst on site we ask you to adhere to the following to ensure it is a safe and enjoyable experience for you and others.
Do not climb the obstacles or fences
Do not feed or pet the horses on the farm
Take care and drive slowly whilst on the farm
Once parked do not leave the car park or arena area on foot as it is a working farm with agricultural traffic
Do not smoke or vape on site
Do not bring dogs on site
Treat staff and other users with respect
Abusive language and behaviour will not be accepted and you will be asked to leave the site if not adhering to this
Be mindful of others during sessions and take care when running around the arena and using obstacles
Do not purposefully damage any of the equipment or obstacles
Supervise children especially in the car park area
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for private parties must be made at least one week in advance. Cancelled parties will be offered an alternative date but will have monies refunded if an alternative date is not suitable. The £50 deposit is non refundable though. Deposits can be transferred to a new date on one occasion.
Cancellations due to weather. Sessions will go ahead outdoors in all weathers excluding thunder, lightening and severe rain/weather. If we do need to cancel due to the weather, an alternative date will be offered. We will not refund due to weather only rearrange the booking.
For open sessions at least 48 hours must be given to cancel a booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will not be refunded or have an alternative date offered. If 48 hours notice is given you will be offered to rearrange to an alternative date or be refunded if alternative dates are not suitable.
